- If you rent or live in an HOA, proof of permission to have a large dog.
- Your veterinarian's name and number.
PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable adoption fee is required for all adoptions. Adoptable Greythounds of Florida adoption procedure will require you to sign a contract promising to take good care of the adopted dog, and to surrender it ONLY to Adoptable Greythounds of Florida Inc. if you are unable to keep it, for any reason. We are not here to pass judgement, only to be sure our Greyhounds are kept safe.
