Frankie is doing wonderful learning what the pet life has in store for him and he is available for adoption. This big beautiful brindle is a sweet boy and no problem with small animals. He is being fostered in Bradenton with another greyhound and two cats. If you are interested in meeting him, let us know.
Oak thinks a snuggle with a teddy bear makes the vetting day so much better. While we know he isn't cat safe, it could be little fluffy dogs he doesn't understand. At the vet yesterday he met a short coat little dog and went into a fast reverse when it growled at him. LOL
Available for adoption is Little Kicky, Kiki to us, she is 2 1/2 yrs old red fawn and weighs about 55 lbs. She is very curious, would probably enjoy learning to cook since she likes to hang out by the stove in case you drop something yummy while you're cooking. She is well behaved, but definitely not good with cats or squirrels...and she loves to check out the birds in the yard, I wonder if she is thinking about climbing the tree to join them or how did they get up there. She is being fostered in Bradenton, and you are welcome to come meet her. Please go to our Adopt page and fill out an application and we will contact you to make arrangements.
JamA is a sweet girl, who knows how she ended up with this racing name. At 62 lbs, Jama retired from a nice racing career last August when she turned 5 yrs. old. This pretty red brindle is not cat and squirrel safe, so not small animals should be in her home. But, she has good house manners and is comfortable in her surroundings, all she needs is a comfy bed and she will stay with you and watch tv. If you are interested in meeting her, please go to our Adopt page and fill out the application and we will arrange a meeting with you.
Adoption pending...Ingrid is 4 years old and has retired from her racing career. Now she's looking for her own forever family. Ingrid weighs about 67 lbs. and is sweet and cuddle. We think Ingrid might just be a foster fail...her foster family loves her. Ingrid is being fostered by Joan and is very comfortable with her retirement.
Nikki is a happy and sweet 4 year old girl, she loves squeaky toys and, of course, treats. She is very loving and walks well on a leash. Nikki would do better in a home without cats or small dogs, she has separation anxiety, so other dogs in the house would be best for her. She is staying with a family with another dog and we are hoping they will decide to adopt her.
